It might be the issue with the valve from where the water gets in the tank, get the washers replaced, or you might want to open it and clean it a little.

Hold your nose. Take a glass of water and sip - swallow, three times over 15 seconds taking no additional air. It resets the diaphragm. I paid a UK Pound for that cure and have sold the cure many times as I owned a bar!

Hi,
The round thing in the center that the metal rod pushes down on can be turned...turning it counterclockwise will make it higher and get you flushing...
It may take a bit but you can get it adjusted so that it will flush everytime..

My toilet continuously stops up when flushing. Is this a problem with the leveling of the toilet??

WELL A TOLET SHOULD SIT LEVEL,BUT THE SHOULD NOT BECAUSING IT TO STOP UP ,UNLESS THE FLOOR IS THAT WEAK OR IT IS REALLY UN-LEVEL.IS THIS A NEW INSTALLATION?MAYBE SOMEONE DIDN'T PUT THE WAX RING ON RIGHT,BUT IT REALLY SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING FELL INSIDE THE TOILET,ALOT OF TIME YOU NEED TO REOVE THE TOILET AND TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN TO SET WHAT IT LYING IN THE TRAP.ALSO YOU CAN TAKE IT OUTSIDE AND FLUSH IT THRU WITH A HOSE,

Poor flushing

Make sure the water level is the same in both tanks, so you know the water volume will be the same for both units when flushing. Next, hold the handle down for the full flush release to make sure the flapper (in the tank) is not closing too soon and cutting off the full water volume needed. Next, would be to get a tolet snake reamer (buy the cheapest one) and run it through the toilet bowl 3 or 4 times always turning clockwise while entering and while removing. If all this does not cure the problem, then you probably have a defective toilet outlet hole that was made too small when the toilet was formed. The outlet hole must be minimum 1 5/8 inch diameter (most are between
1 3/4 inch to 2 1/4 inch diam.) . This is an occassional industry problem; I have seen it several time over the many years. To confirm this, you need to remove the toilet and measure the hole, or get flush balls of 1 5/8 inch with 4 ft. string attached. If the ball flushes and takes all the string slack, then the hole is at least correct minimum size. If ball does not completely flush after 3 tries, then there is some obstruction or the hole is too small and toilet it therefore defective. Goodluck, Macgivor

Ionic Breeze - Black Quadra won't stop hissing

I have the same problem. The one thing that I DID notice is that it seems to occur more often in winter. Thus, I attributed it to dryer air conditions--too much static electricity being the culprit. With the unit off, I sprayed a fine mist of water into the housing and that cured it for a (albeit-short) time. Best solution would be to increase the humidity via a humidifier...
