Question about LG Heating & Cooling
I have a LG LP0910WNR free standing a/c unit with no operating manual. I can't get it to work in the auto mode. It only works as an ''on/off'' machine and I wanted to to cycle down when a certain temperature is reached.

SOURCE: AC WILL NOT SHUT OFF
SOUNDS LIKE THE T-STAT TEMPERATURE SENSING BULB IS OUT OF "AIR-FLOW" (SOME CAN COME LOOSE FROM THEIR MOUNTING CLIPS) OR IT IS BAD ALL TOGETHER ... MOST MANUFACTURERS HAVE A ONE-YEAR WARRANTY ON SMALL PARTS AND 5 YEARS ON THE COMPRESSOR .., HOPE IT HELPED.

Wash out your outside coil and monitor the outside fan. sounds like a lockout due to dirty condenser or intermittent motor operation. Could mean condencer air problem.
