easycap was not meant to used on windows 7 (i think). but i have uploaded all my easycap drivers for you,.... as always right click exe's and in compatibility mode for windows xp service pack 2. if it still not working after driver install go device manager try update drivers from there.
easycap reccomend - ulead video studio for video editing.

Contact the MFG. they will have your info if you "bought" the hardware from them and registered it as the information in box asked you to. They will issue you a new key. I had to do this just over a week ago, I need the key for the same device. I had no problem getting a new serial from the MFG. :)
To install Easy Cap go to http://www.worldstart.com/easycap/ download driver, extract to desktop, install Ulead Video-studio, go to Device Manager, find USB Video Capture, right click, click Update driver, browse My Computer for driver software, click Browse button find folder (driver) on desktop click next everything should install. If you have 32bit it will work if 64bit it will not function. You will need to make some changes Ulead Video-studio like source, volume so-forth.
Have you installed the CD software that came with the EasyCap capture device, and are now trying to retrieve the serial number for some reason?
Something you may try, not advertising this as a direct solution. I would advise trying MAGIC JELLY BEAN. Funny name, but this software will find product key codes, and perhaps the serial number of your EasyCap capture device, IF you have installed it already.
