This means that the motherboard is dead - it no longer detects its own southbridge chip, the one that controls the hard disk.
Time for a new laptop.

looks like it's unable to find the harddrive to boot from.
It's trying to boot from a network location now.
Try entering the bios and see if you have an option to run a scan on the harddrive
Also check the boot options - make sure that it starts from the harddrive BEFORE it tries to boot from network.
