Question about Maytag M3X05F2B Air Conditioner
My unit after running for a few hours sounds like a waterfall inside. Water seems to be moving around, but I never see any. Rarely, unless it is very humid outside, does any water drip outside from the unit. Any thoughts?
Yes, your ddrain holes are plugged and it should be,a ccording to plumbers standard slopped away from the building at 1/4 inch per foot in order to properly drain. Or else you will end up with a mold machine. I'd put a teaspoon of bleach in there now.
Its's very important these drain outside. (since it's basically distilled water it is GREat on plants, btw minus the bleach, of course.
