Question about Computers & Internet

Do a hard reset to your router ... find a small hole in the case, insert a paper clip and hold it for 30 seconds ... all cords, of course, unplugged. Try again. If you require the software, get it from your unnamed manufacturer. Make sure your unnamed hardware is on the Microsoft compatible hardware list for your OS if it is a MS product. Find it here: http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/hcl/default.mspx

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
