Hi, if you have replaced the seats you still need to re-seat the old ones so that the new ones sit properly

How do I fix a dripping shower head in a stand-alone shower? We have already tried to replace the valve assembly but it still leaks.

Obviously this is a leak in the valve. They are no fun to work on. Some of the higher end models of valve have seats that you can change and along with the ball and other hardware, that should stop the leak. If not you will have to replace the whole valve assembly.

The coffee is barely dripping out of the machine.

Check the grind, that may be too fine, then check the brew unit, find the shower screen under the red oring and clean shower, follow tube from shower and red o-ring, look for 2 screws and remove carefully, you do not want to loose the spring and seat sometimes a ball. clean that chamber.

Delta single handle shower faucet drips.Ive replaced springs and seal rings.after a couple weeks it started dripping again.

sounds like you need to replace the "seat" this is the part that the seal ring pushes against to make the seal ...ask for the complete kit at your plumbing supply store this should include everything you need
