Question about HP Photosmart C5180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I've had my C5180 networked via usb, but occasionally when I try to scan something, it says it is not networked. It then says I can only "scan and reprint" or "scan to memory card". In the past I would get a full menu of scanning options, such as scan to word doc but I no longer have that option.
To resolve the issue, follow the steps in the solutions below in the order presented.
Solution one: Scan from the EWS (Embedded Web Server)
