You cant.Sony has to roll out a firmware upgrade.If you upgraded to firmeware 3.5 you also can no longer install a third party OS.

the adobe flash player updates you see on the websites, could either be a linux or a windows version.
Sony uses a different OS of their own, it will not even recognize .exe as a valid file for it, hence you cannot update/use the windows or linux on it.
However, if you have a third party OS (linux) installed in your PS3, you can instal/update the adobe flash player for the linux boot.
Else, as shark said, you have to wait for Sony to include the adobe update on one of their firmware updates.
