Hello, you can follow the steps below to reassemble your bicycle,
The amount of assembly required varies depending on the manufacturer. Allow a minimum of 30 minutes to assemble a bike. You'll need a screwdriver, socket set and box wrench or open-end wrench. It's best to remove all the parts from the box and verify you have everything before you begin
Loosen the bolt and slide the handlebars onto the frame. Adjust the height of the handlebars and tighten the bolt just until it won't move. You'll need to straighten the handlebars after the front tire is on and then tighten the bolt all the way.
visit the video site below for a more comprehensive view,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzUGWLhOZMA
wish you good luck,

take care

  • Step 2 Slide the seat post into the bike frame if not already installed. Adjust the height, check that it's straight and then tighten the bolt all the way or close the quick-release lever.
  • Step 3 Flip the bike over so it's balancing on the handlebars and seat. Put the front tire on the forks. Install the retention clips on either side of the wheel axle. Thread the axle bolts on each side by hand. If the front wheal is quick-release, just insert the axle in the fork all the way and close the handle.
  • Step 4 Straighten the wheel and turn it to make sure is spins freely without rubbing against the brake or forks. Hold one axle bolt with a wrench and use another wrench to tighten the bolt on the other side. Then tighten the bolt you were holding. Attach the reflectors to the wheel spokes with a screwdriver.
  • Step 5 Look for the "R" and "L" marking on the pedals designating right and left side. Slide the pedals on the crank arms and tighten the bolts.
  • Step 6 Turn the bike right side up. Pull the front brake several times. Lift the bike and spin the front wheel to make sure it spins freely. If it's rubbing, verify that the wheel is straight. If it still rubs, adjust the brake.
  • Step 7 Hold the front tire between your legs facing the bike while you turn the handlebars to straighten them. Tighten the bolt holding the handlebars.

Headlight bulb replacement. Does headlight need to be removed?

If there is enough of room, you do not need to remove headlight assembly. If not remove whole assembly to make it easier to get to. For headlight assembly remove the 2-10mm bolts on top of assembly, there is a 10mm bolt on inside bottom that has to come out. Unplug the wires to assembly. When removing assembly, pull from grill side and wiggle it out. God-Bless! Remove the 3 10mm bolts from assembly.

    • Open the hood.
    • Now on top of the headlight assembly there are two bolts that need to be removed.

    • Now remove that third bolt on the assembly that is down a bit lower.

How do i install a new front turn signal bulb on my 2000 pontiac montana

You have to remove the headlight assembly to remove the turn light assemble. There are two mounting bolts that hold the headlight assembly to the frame that needs to be removed and one mounting bolt that holds the turn signal light assembly on the headlight assembly that needs to be removed. Once all three bolts (black plastic in colour with a wing nut) have been removed the headlight and turn signal assembly can just be removed. Take note that the assembly has a guild slot to be guild in place back when re installing the head light and turn signal assembly. Good luck and hope this helps. Keep me posted and I'll try to explain in a different way if i was un clear, Harder to explain then doing the job it self.

Looking for directions on how to replace the main headlamp on 2002 pontiac grand prix. Buld comes out the back but no access. Looking for typical approach. Please advise

You need to remove the entire headlamp assembly. There are a couple of screws on the top that hold it tight that have to be removed. After you remove the screws the assembly will be loose, but still held in place by a plastic tab towards the outside of the assembly. You just need to pull the assembly out. It may not come out easily. One side of mine came out easily, the other side I had to tug and pull pretty hard. After you replace the bulb you need to slide and push the assembly back in place. The tab needs to go in first. You will know when it is in place correctly when there about a half inch gap between the assembly and the bumper. If the assembly rests on the bumper you do not have it in correctly. Replace the screws on the top.

How replace break light bulb in on a4 2005

Replacement of any bulb in the Tail-light assembly is easier then one thinks.

First thing you need to do is gain access to the trunk area. At the top of
the tail-light area inside the trunk is a small circle that needs to be
opened to expose the bolt that you need to remove.

WARNING: Be careful not to loose this bolt or you are going to have to take
apart your trunk interior to retrieve it.

    After the bolt is removed the Tail-light assembly will pull out as follows;
Left side: pull out the right side of the assembly
Right side: pull out the left side of the assembly.
The out side of the assembly is held in place by 2 or 3 small nipples.

There will only be one cable that is connected to the assembly. This does not
have to be removed unless you really want to. On both sides of the assembly
there are 2 clips that hold the light plate to the break light lens. After
the clips are loosened the whole light bulb assembly can be removed and the
    bulbs replaced.

    Restoring the Break-light assembly.

After you have replaced your bulbs and re attached the the bulb assembly, you
will have to first fit the nipples on the outer side of the assembly then
push the inter side into place. Replace the bolt and tighten. You are done.
