Question about Acer Aspire 3634WLMi Notebook
There should be a very small hole on the DVD drive near the eject button. If you insert a solid straight object (a straightened paperclip will work) and push, the drive should pop open. When open check there is nothing loose inside or obstructing it from opening itself. If there is no sign of anything which could be causing it not to open then close it again and try to open it using the button or windows command.
If it still does not work then you probably have a faulty drive and it needs to be replaced.
Hope this helps,
