Pantech Duo Can't download links from multimedia... (by 6 users)
I cannot download pictures from multimedia messages sent to me

When I try to retrieve a picture I too get the error message that the service is not activated on my network or that the download failed. Funny thing is is that I've received pictures from this same person before just fine so I don't know what happened to make it change. I have set my modem link to inactive and still have problems. Also, when I am in the message and press Menu I don't have the option to go to "Object View" Is this for newer versions? My pantech is not even a year old.

when i open the multimedia message....
it says message 1 of 1 message could not be downloaded! (delivery failed, try again.)

I click retrieve on a MMS and it says " 1 of 1 message(s) could not be downloaded! (service not activated on network, try again? i click try again and it still dosnt work. ive tryed going into settings>connections>gprs>media net> and cleared the password it still dosnt work.. help please?

I have the same problem with downloading MMS texts on my Pantech Duo. Sometimes the Menu, Object View, Save works, sometimes it doesn't. Other times I get "1 of (1) could not be downloaded". This is the 3rd Duo I've gotten to try to fix this and still no luck. I've contacted AT&T and Pantech and none of their techs can offer me a solution... My husband with his Moto Q can get the same message; very frustrated!!!

i have the same problem on my phone. i cannot download pictures that are sent to me. When i click the button to retrieve it says that you cannot use datacall while modem link is active. how do i change from datacall to modem link? Help

i have the same thing i cant get pic mail and i bought unlimited . i dont wanna have to go on the internet to fiix it . is there any other waysss

Then click on object view. This should open a window giving u the choice to save in the left hand corner.
