Firstly, check your power supply, if your power supply is running ok. that mean your motherboard problems. Replace your motherboard with new one but your must change to same socket with your old motherboard where that motherboard can support your processor speed and your ram slot must be same with your ram has ready have.( your old ram-DDR or DDR2)
