There is a manual paper release on the bottom of the paper tray. If it gets stuck the paper does not rise to be picked up. Not sure why it registers an amber paper jam for it, but I taped my release open and put the tray back in carefully. Its been working for 2 days straight now.
My real issue was I had both the low toner and paper jam lights on solid and amber. I waited a few days to post this to make sure it worked. Worth a shot for you all. post back if it works for you .

check your printer motherboard it could be the communication cable from the power board is bad or the mother board that is why it can not scan. that is the problem

uninstall your printer and then re-install it that should fix your issue,it could be a bad version of an updated driver that is causing the problem
