Question about GE Monogram ZFSB26DRSS Stainless Free-Standing Refrigerator with Dispenser
The filter may be the cause of the slow dispenser. They don't last forever. The inlet screen to the water solenoids where the water line connects to the fridge may be partially blocked. Heat from the night lite bulb can deform the plastic tube at the dispenser outlet and restrict the flow. Check all of the above and you'll find it.

SOURCE: Water dispenser problem?
grandfunk, by your post, it sounds like the line is frozen over. You will have to do some tests. First rule out the dispenser itself. While someone is calling for water see if you have 120V to the water valve. If you do, we ruled out the dispenser. Behind the toe panel there should be a water line with a john guest fitting going up the door. Disconnect it there and call for water. Catch it with a cup. If the water is flowing there, you might be frozen up in the door. I have found a couple of these models with that problem. If it's not flowing there, behind the lower drawers in the refrigerator section is the water coil tubing. Take a hair dryer and go over it lightly. It could be frozen over there. Check these things first and post back. Catriver.

If you used a self piercing saddle valve to hook up to the water supply it is probably the source of your problem. These should never be used. You need to install a drill in type which will increase the water flow and probably never clog.

There will not be a one word solution to this but if we test the areas beginning with the water supply line we will come to a answer. You need to look at where and how the water line is connected to the water service line. Shut the water supply off at its source. remove the water line on back of refrigerator and point water line into a pan or bucket and have someone turn the shut off back on. If flow is poor then the suppline has a blockage at the tap valve that is (not recommended) or a crimp in the feed supply line to refrigerator. If that turns out to be OK then we move to the dual water control valve part number 67006322 It also may be that the valve is not opening well due to being worn out, I am ready to assist you when you are, Sea Breeze
