Can i asku smthing about my lenovo thinkpad x200.the problem s i dont know how 2 function the one device.. Its appear a unknown device.wat will i do about that???

Click on update driver and let it search windows update

(go into control panel->system->device manager->select unknown device->click update)

Do a full scan with your antivirus, if okay! try a system restore by taking computer back in time before this became a issue.

My son was too playing with Lenovo X200 laptop and now the keyboard is locked - all keys make a beeping sound when pressing them! HELP please...


Unplug power supply from the laptop and remove the main battery, press and hold power button for 2 minutes to remove any residual voltage. Now replace all items and power on, if no change! check the owners manual for additional information.

Function keys are not working. I don't know how I turned them off


try to uninstall and reinstall lenovo energy management on the control panel

start>control panel>programs>programs and features>uninstall energy management>go to http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/DriversDownloads/drivers.html nd put there the serial number of your pc to get the energy management for your system

I have lenovo x200 7458e77 notebook th promlem is that my me password is locked since i had gotten it second hand . i also have an in built fingerprint reader which used to work for the past 6 months but...

Try going into your BIOS and setting the hard drive from your Docking Station as the primary boot device (1st on the list), then your laptop hard drive

you would need to get all the drivers for your laptop from the IBM website and install all of them. If you cant find them or need further help please post back and let me know.
