Question about Canon PIXMA iP1600 Printer
Ok here, firstly you need to download ip_servicetool first
After your download finish,
1> turn off your printer power switch.
2> push/hold your printer on/off button and switch on your printer power.
3> Release your printer on/off button and wait a moment.
4> Then press on/off printer button until your printer in stable mode but never turn off your printer power swith
5> After your printer stable use ip service tool to reset your printer waste ink absober full..

Please try below steps on your Printer and let me know the result. I hope this should work.
Reset waste ink tank counter CANON PIXMA iP 1000
STEP 1:- Disconnect printer from AC power
STEP 2:- Press and HOLD the POWER button, and connect printer to AC power
STEP 3:- release the the POWER button
STEP 4:- Press the POWER button again
This should work. please let me know the result.
