My son gave me a hp handheld computer with a tom tom navigation system on it. I went to the store to get a device to plug it in, and the gal at radioshack unplugged it and now I don't have an access number for starting the GPS program, although that's the whole reason I got it. Help!

(Q-01) Do you mean that there is a password or PIN (personal information number) required to access your handheld computer and you don't have that password or PIN. Is that correct?
(Q-02) If that isn't correct, please, explain.
(Q-03) I'm assuming you son doesn't know the password (or "pin") either or you wouldn't be her, yes? :)
(Q-04) What is the device you were purchasing for the handheld?
(Q-05) What is the model number of this handheld computer, please?
