I can only get verey limited access to my account

When i log in it tells me to check my email then follow the link to confirm email but it takes me back to the first page around and around

Click on the desired merchant.
Click the blue "Cancel" button next to "Status" at the top.
Click "Yes" when a confirmation box appears.
Once the payment is successfully canceled, you will see "Canceled on XX," where XX is the date.
