Assuming it's not a network-capable printer, you have two choices. Either leave your desktop on all the time, or buy a print server. Something like this:

Make sure the computers are all on the same "Work Group". Make sure you have "File and Printer Sharing" turned on. Right click on your printer and "Share" it. The exact process will depend on what Operating System you are using.
