More than likely it is on Facebook's side and you are left at their mercy to fix it.
But you can make sure you have the latest Flash version and delete all your flash cache.
You can delete the cache (temp files) by going to the following link. When you open the page there will be a picture...it is not a picture but actually the interface for your flash player. You want to hit the button named "Delete All Sites".
