Question about Metra Ford/Chry/Jeep 1974 99
According to the inputs you have done a good job to identify the cylinder that makes the difference. hence it would be good to take a compression test on the cylinder with respect to the others. If the readings are poor then it is possible that you have a defective valve or settings. Also please check if there is any oil smear on the plug youhad pulled out from the 1st cylinder, if so there could also be a possible rings failure as your car had done this mileage. I am surre you will be able to test this out. helpful? Good day
