Re: Frigidaire Glass Top Stove - Model #FEF668CJ5C The
Check your incoming power for 240 volts and your circuit breaker. Check the cord where it attaches to the back of the range. If they are OK,look for a loose or broken wire. There are no fuses in-line with the surface burners.

The circuit breaker outside in the power panel for the stove has a bad breaker. It will be two breakers with their handles joined together by a pin so if one tripe it takes the other so 220 V is no longer present. When one, but not the other trips you only have 110 V. That's why the lights and clock still work but no heating elements.
First of all, you need to test the wiring to that burner. If there is no electricity, then you need to replace the plug in. You can get them at an Appliance parts store. If there is electricity, then all you need to do is get a new burner at Lowes or Home Depot. Sometimes the burner gets a tiny crack in the burner that breaks the continuity.
I understand you are trying to get assistance on how to access the burners on your glass-top Frigidaire range, model# FES365ECA. I suggest contacting the manufacturer. They might have some type of diagram that will assist you in replacing the burner. My other suggestion would be to contact your local authorized technician for further assistance. The technicians have been trained to replace parts on your range. Hope this is helpful.
see this guide and fix it. God bless you Instructions
Disconnect the power to the stove by turning off the breaker
in your fuse box. Test the stove to ensure that power has been
disconnected by turning on a working burner and making sure it does not
Open the oven door.
Remove the two bolts from the underside of the front of the cooktop, located just above the door jam, facing upwards.
Lift the entire cooktop to access the burners, which are attached to the bottom of the cooktop.
Remove the two screws from the brackets that secure the burner that you would like to remove, then remove that burner.
Disconnect the wires connected to the original burner, then
plug them into the new burner. The wires can be removed by simply
pulling them out of the terminals. Be sure to mark which wires go to
Align the grooves on the top of the new burner with the
grooves on the bottom of the glass cooktop, then secure the new burner
using the brackets and screws that you originally removed.
Lower the cooktop, then re-secure it with the two bolts that were removed from the bottom. Close the oven door.
Restore power to the stove to complete the installation.
the bulb i am sure is ok . but you have had a power failure to the burner . it could be the burner itself . if all the burners do not work the power to the range may be the problem .. ck the main fuse and make sure the 220 power is ok mm
Sound like you make have a loose neutral on the cord where it attaches to the range or in the electrical receptacle where it plugs in, you can check the cord by pulling the range out, remove the small access cover to the cord connection area, after you have unplugged it and just tightened all the nuts to all connections on the cord. I advise an electrician to check the receptacle. I hope this has helped you. Have a great new year.
MY OVEN IS WORKING, THE STOVE TOP DOSEN'T. tHE CLOCK SHUTS OFF WHEN i TURN THE BURNER KNOB OFF AND WHEN i TURN ONE BURNER ON THE CLOCK FLASHES 12:00 AND THERE IS A SHORT BUZZER SOUND COMING FROM BEHIND THE PANEL. CAN I FIX THIS MYSELF?
I have a Kenmore glass stove, not sure what the model number is I don't have it with me right now. Yesterday, the timer started to beep and F1 started to flash in the display. The stove top is working, but the oven does not. The only way I can get the timer to stop beeping is to unplug the stove.
Any suggestions as to what is going on with this stove. It's only 4 years old.
