Question about Cell Phones
Attempt to make a call and while its connecting, press the navigation button of the phone to the right and this should increase the speaker/ringer volume of the phone. Press the navigation button to the right side severally and the volume should increase. Note that you must be on call to be able to do this.
If the above does not take any effect, then it means you are not missing anything. There is a problem with the phone ringer/speaker. Its weak that's why it is low. The speaker/ringer needs to be replaced for it to be loud again.
To confirm this, connect a earphone/hands-free to the phone and you will see that the sound will be loud.
