Acer aspire 4937 touch keys at the side not working

the best practice is go back to the dealer to fix it under warranty, rather than missing with it and void warranty

Power up your pod by holding the Power Key
1) it will show the USB pin and CD on the screen of your Itouch
2) install Itunes in your PC or MAC
3) Connect you Itouch and it will sync itself and ma takes time to add songs in your itune library

try holding the hold button and home button for 50 seconds
or
  • Connect your IPOD Touch to iTunes
  • Press or Hold the power and home keys 10 seconds.
  • Screen goes black, now release the power button
  • Make sure you do not release the Home key until your iTunes says "We have detected an itouch in recovery mode."

Itunes does not recognize my itouch please help

Okay well the only way you can resolve your problem is by taking your iPod to your local Apple store they should do a swap. Sounds like there is a firmware fault.

try pressing and holding the # key. Motorolas can be put in sient mode this way and may need to turn the volume back on with the same method. If that doesnt work try a master reset. (Instructions for this are on motorola.com). If it stil isnt working try removing the battery with the phone turned on. If all else fails contact your carrier for warranty information
