Black and Decker Mouse

If you need an owners manual or list of accessories for the Black and Decker Mouse you can go to Dewaltservicenet.com and download. The only parts that I see available depending on your type number is the pad, cord and switch. I dont see where they made available the brushes or other wear and tear parts. They do offer a 2 year limited homeowners warranty though. At this site you can also find local dealers

Need brushes for model 9531 buffer

I am in the business of repairing and rebuilding power tools and none of my brand name parts suppliers nor any of the sites I use to get off brand parts have your brushes available. I did find a part number 136506-02 that was replaced by part number 135948-03 but it shows it as a brush holder/brush assembly. My only suggestion is to find a tool repair center, ask if they have a stock of brushes and try to find a brush that will work in your holder. On many an occasion I have shaved the sides of brushes to make them fit into older model tools. You just have to be sure the top connector is compatable with your holder.

How do I reset the sensor after a waste pad error message for an Epson 7000? The pad is not full and I need to reset so I can print.

Hi

Normally your remedy is to replace the "Waste Ink Pad/Pads" with a new one/ones and then reset the "Internal Waste Ink Pad Counter". The waste ink pads are normally housed in a black plastic box. They are located in the bottom of the printer, towards the front, just under where the paper starts to exit. You would have to remove the "Top Cover Assembly" to be able to get to the screw or screws that hold that assembly in place. If you cannot figure out how to remove the waste ink pad holder assembly [plastic box], you may need a service manual, for the removal procedure.

Also Replace the following parts and reset the counters as described below:
- Waste Ink Pads
- F Box
- Pump Assembly
- Cap Assembly
- Cleaner, Head
- From Maintenance Mode 2 enter the Counter Init. Menu and initialize the Waste Ink counter and Cleaning counter.

Also check the end article at this given link for the resolution of the problem:-

How to change pad?

this is easy done, just follow the steps:

1. disconnect the power cord
2. turn polisher pad up
3, grip firmly randomiser in one hand (that is this bulky bit between pad and polisher)
4. grip pad and rotate it against arrow direction.

if you just need to change the abrasive, these are on hook and loop and you just lift it from the pad and replace with new one.

this action will separate pad from randomiser, if you need to remove randomiser as well, you will need spanner of appriopriate size or adjustable.

you have manual available for download on this site:

if you find my advice useful, please do not hesitate to leave a comment and vote4 for me, thanx!

Milwaukee Polisher model 5460. Gear Case Replacement

you need to remove the pad first and then you will find 2 torx screws about a 25, remove them and the plate next if you have a dead blow hammer tap on the side of the gearcase where the screws were and the spindle assembly and bearings will jump out of the housing, then remove the 4 screws holding the gearcase to the motor housing and it will come apart. To reinsert the spindle assembly gently tap back into place with the hammer to reset the gears. Let me know if you need more assistance.
