You will need to enter the model number and manufacture date. The manufacter date on graco strollers can be found on the rear leg of the stroller or under the footrest. If it is an umbrella stroller it can be found On the x shaped tubing under the seat. Feel free to ask me any follow up questions. Also please leave me positive feedback if this helped you. Thanks.
Graco strollers all vary. Some wheels can and cannot be removed.
Quickest thing to check is the undercarriage of the wheel.
Place your buggy in front of you
Then push it onto it's rear wheels
The front wheels should now be up in the air
Check underneath where the wheel attaches itself to the chassis
Some wheels just have a simple lever you push and the wheel releases
Others there's a round rod with a **** running through the middle similar to a peg if you have a pair of long nose pliers you can squeeze them together and pull the wheel towards you
Others just cannot be removed peg just won't release itself or the wheel is bolted onto the chassis
I hope this information proves useful.
jeanis, how old is your stroller?
If not yet a year, you can contact graco nearest your place to help you.
One simple thing to check why your stroller keep pulling to one side is because of the WHEEL.. that is hard to spin. Where side its keep pulling? If in the left side, try to take up the left side of the stroller a little, just the wheel not touching the floor and rotate or spin the wheel one at a time in rear and front. Check that the wheel rotate smoothly. If not then there something wrong with that wheel.
If in the right side, try to do the same.
i have the graco quattro tour sport, i put it together & noticed the swivel lock was missing! I have to take the wheel back tonight but i had already put it on the pram! after reading 'Adorough's' comment i had good look at the wheel to figure out how to get it off. 1) fold the pram up and stand it so the front wheels are up. 2) if you look round the back of the front wheel you should see a round 'pin' which is set back, you well need a pen or something pointy to press the pin in & pull the wheel! That worked for me.
