Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

How do I make it so my windows fully open every time?

Not sure that I understand correctly...You want to open a program and want that window maximized (= filling the whole screen?)
Right-Click on your Program shortcut (either on the Desktop or in the Start menu) and go down to "Properties". The menu "Run:" is per default set to "Normal Window". Change to "Maximized" and this program will always open in full screen.
This is working for Windows XP, Vista and 7.

Let me know if you have any questions.

How to add Windows 7 new keyboard shortcuts to Windows Vista.

If you have liked the new hotkey keyboard shortcuts which Windows 7 has introduced, you can add the same in Windows Vista or XP too

Download and use an app called Windows 7 Shortcuts. Shortcuts Included:
Win+Left/Right arrows: Dock the window to each side of the monitor
Win+Up arrow: Maximize the active window
Win+Down arrow: Minimize the window/Restore the window if it's maximized
Partially Included:
Win+Space: Note from the developer: AHK won't allow multiple windows to be made transparent easily. Therefore, I've changed it to make the active window transparent until it is released.

When i go to any site on computer it shows only half page. I have expanded the screen. unplugged and restarted. the only way it go to full screen is to maximize in upper right hand corner for each...

This happens to every computer at some point of time due to unspecified reasons. It certainly is no virus attack. It generally starts after you press a restore down button once, when you were maximized. The only remedy is to continue maximizing every single site for a while, which will cause the system to shift automatically to open in full size by default, in a few days time. You will want some patience to achieve this.
Cheers. Thank You.

How to set Internet Explorer 8 to open in maximized window always?

I saw most of the people were asking for the option to maximize all Internet explorer windows size. There are some tricks which might work only for some windows but not for all the Internet Explorer windows. As I am working as a technical support, I found an option to set all Internet Explorer Windows maximized.

I will provide you the steps to set this potion, please try this and let me know if this worked for you.

1. Open Internet Explorer and press F12 to open Developers tools windows for Internet explorer.

2. Click on Tools and select Resize.

3. Select the maximum screen resolution size you have.

4. Close the Internet explorer and reopen it to get the maximized windows.
From now you will be able to open any Internet explorer windows in maximized size even though if you open a link right clicking on it and select "Open in a new window".

When I open Internet explorer or any web sites on IE they appear

TIPS:
The default behavior for IE is to open at the same size it was at the last time it was closed.
While the default does apply in many cases it's not always consistent.

Try the following workaround.
Open a single IE window to the smaller size.
Drag the corners of the window until it completely fills the screen.
Do not use the maximize button to enlarge the window.
Hold down the Ctrl key, keep it depressed,
and using the mouse click File and then Exit on the menu bar.
Do not use the "X" in the upper right corner to close the window.
Internet Explorer should now open in a full window.
If it still opens to a smaller size repeat the above instructions, substituting the "Shift" key for the "Ctrl" key.
