HP Pavilion ze2000

I have a HP Pavilion ze2000 and it has no power. I was working on it the other night and it just went dead no power. It will not power up at all no lights nothing. The battery is fully charged and also will not power up with the ac adaptor plugged in. Ihave removed the power cord and the battery. Hold down the power button for up to one minute to discharge the laptop.

I then re-install the battery and power cord and still heve no power.

Seems to be a common problem with this laptop.

Audio driver for hp pavilion ze2000

This Link
seems to provide the best thorough approach to getting those drivers installed & working.

However, someone claims, on this forum page(last post on the page) that all you need to do is use the "windows online driver search" function, and it will handle all of the messy work of locating, downloading & installing.

I hope that helps.

No power on HP Pavilion ze2000

This can be a problem with the power supply of the computer already that may need a replacement, you can buy a new power supply and put it in this computer or take it to a repair center near you..

Does not start; no power indicator light

Take out the battery and then try the different ac adaptors. If you still get no lights on the laptop then the motherboard is bad and would need to be replaced. Just make sure that you know at least one of your ac adaptors are good.

If the adaptors have lights and they turn on then you know the ac adaptor your working with is good. Also make sure they are plugged into a good working outlet.
