Question about Philips Televison & Video
3 possible causes;
1 - the connections to the LCD panel are loose - open the tv and reseat them.
2 - the image processor's memory is defective and the image it generates is corrupted - the motherboard must be replaced. This should be it, check the codes before ordering it
3 - the LCD panel itself is defective - this is terminal, replacing the panel would cost more than a new tv, time for a new tv.
