Hi, from explanation you gave concerning the refrigerator and freezer, it seems you are short of freon in the compressor. You need to refill the compressor as soon as possible.

Take care

Is your ice tray filling with water? If not, then I would suspect the water inlet valve (http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Kenmore-Parts/Refrigerator-Parts/Model-10657032601/0582/0165000/K0607002/00012?blt=06&prst=0&shdMod=10657032601 - Item 10)

If it does fill with water, but does not eject the ice cubes to start a new cycle, I would suspect the ice maker motor(Item 37). BUT if it is the motor, that part costs $91.22 and you can replace the entire ice maker (Item 100) for $157.95

As a start, try cleaning the coils and fan under the refrigerator.

You would not believe how many refrigerators and freezers I've worked on which required nothing but a good coil cleaning. The dirtier these coils get, the less efficient the unit becomes until it reaches a point that it almost appears as if the refrigerant unit is not working at all when all it really needs is a good cleaning.

While you're under there, be sure the fan is running to pull air over the coils to cool and condense the freon inside them.

RS27fgrs samsung refrigerator makes ice in the tray / not in

Well I tried several things.Pressed the power cool button and the Freezer Power button for 12 seconds alternately and bring the option to
3.Befor doing this I had removed the ice bin. There is also a lever behind the ice bin that seem to be out of place. In the manual this lever is seen
touching the ice tray.I tried to bring back the lever to touch the ice tray then replace the ice bin.
After 18 hours-this morning i noticed when i pressed the lever i started
to get ice again.
Not sure if this is a solution but it worked for me.

You might be developing an ice dam in the bottom tray of thr freezer that is obstucting the flow of cold air to the refigerater part of the unit. remove frozen items so you can see the bottom tray and see if you notice an exccesive amount of frosting on said floor tray, if so you are probably experiancing a defrosting problem.Check to see if you can feel cold air coming in from the top back section of the refrigerator. There is a fan that blows across the coils in the freezer section under the floor tray, if you cant feel the air either your fan has quit or you are froze shut. You can try a temp fix by removing food items to a cooler with ice or another unit and unplugging this one and letting it thaw out, be sure and put down a towl or two on the floor the tawing ice will go to the evaporater tray underneath and overflow once its thawed plug it back in and let it cool down. Check again to see if you can feel air in the frig. if you cant your fan has quit, you need to seek local appliance tech help they should be able to get you going for a fairly inexpencive amount.

Ice freezing up on bottom of freezer and water puddles in front

Two possibilities, ice maker leaking or the defrost drain is blocked with ice or another object. Unplug the freezer and remove the rear panel in back of freezer. At bottom of the evaporator coil is a tray that catches the defrost condensate and sends it to the pan beneath your refrigerator to be be heated by the compressor and fan heat produced from the condenser. The moisture is then returned to the air inside your home. If the drain is blocked with ice or anything between the freezer and the pan below, the condensate tray will overflow will end up inside your freezer or fresh food compartment. Questions? Freeze slite cool but refigerator is not cool at all

Sounds like a defrost system failure. This could be the freezer fan, heater, timer. You need an OHM meter.

You can manually defrost the freezer with a hair dryer that will get it working for a couple of days. Remember there is a lot of ice behind the freezer back wall, you can only see the tip of the iceburg.
