Question about Computers & Internet
I've just purchased an open box HP Pavilion GX6 Media Center PC (m8330f) from Best Buy. It was a display model. I've got it all set up, but it about every 5 minutes, it runs "Resetting Experience", which wipes out any changes I've made, and brings back the little sale add pop-up. When it starts up, it runs A.R.C.H.I.E., which seems to be set as an Administrator. I can't take it off administrator, because I need it's password.
How can I take control of my possesed PC?
About the only thing you can do is reinstall windows. I bought a emachines t1100 demo model a long time ago and had the same problem. The only thing I could do was reinstall windows and go from there.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
