Letters on screen very small. How can I make they bigger?

Most definitely need to put more information about what you are using.
If you are talking about a tablet, tap on the screen 3 times in quick succession, this will either make the text bigger or smaller.

There are two ways you can do this you can go to control panel and change the size in appearance and Personalization the other way is to you the magnify tool but that gets annoying so your best bet is the first one

Change resolution. Right click on Desktop > Properties.

try this go to control panel from there you should be abli to change the size of your letters open control panel then click appearance and personalizaton then click display choose the make texts and other bigger or smaller

You didn't say if this happens all the time or only when on the Internet...
If when on the Internet- Press and hold the (left) Ctrl key and tap the + key this will expand the page and make the letters bigger You can do this several times...
You make them smaller use (left) Ctrl and the - keys

You likely have your resolution too high.  I prefer my resolution high but I can read small writing easily.   To change this right-click your desktop and choose personalize then display settings  adjust to a lower resolution but try to keep the aspect ratio similar to the ratio of the monitor you are using or the image will look squished.  once you have finalized your decision you will have to tweak it using the controls on your monitor to stretch the picture out to the edge of your monitor.    Also you can use the ease of access in the control panel for an on screen magnifier, or simply increase the font size in personalize (left column) adjust font size (DPI) (dots per inch)

haha....lol...even i did the same thing in my mobile initially...in settings change the font size da..thats it!!!!

try to remove the driver then install it again ..

If you wish to make letters larger on the E65 the only way to do this is to download a "font magnifier". I purchased a product for my E65 called "PSILOC FONT MAGNIFIER" it works well and you adjust the font size until you are satisfied with its appearance. If I recall correctly I believe you can try before you buy too. Hope this helps.
