There is definitely a way to sync Windows Media Player with Zune - it is called - open Windows Media Player, and then press the Sync button.

Windows Media Player has a limit of 3 portable devices that can be detected at any one time. I would uninstall every mp3 player's software that is installed on that machine and try again.

In order to add video to Zune, you've got to know the video format that is required by the device.
The device only plays video in 3 formats namely Windows Media Video (.wmv), MPEG4 video (m4v, .mp4, or .mov) and H.264 video (.m4v, .mp4, or .mov).
Uploading video files to the device involves 2 steps.
The first is to convert ur video to Zune-friendly format. I recommend Daniusoft video converter sutie which can convert various video such as AVI, MPEG2, Divx, VCD or DVD format to Zune.
The second step is to transfer the converted video to the device.
Sounds simple? just have a try...
