Lifting on the handle in the back is not all you do!  You first have to pull up on the latches at the handles, which pull the pegs just above the front wheels up and out of the hooks which are locking the two bars together in place.  The pulls on the handles are not obvious... the gray buttons adjust the height of the handles, but then there are black pieces that pull up toward the handles.  If this doesn't make any sense, try looking at the frame above those front wheels.  There are plastic hooks holding pegs which snuggly locks those two pieces of frame against one another.  Once those are released, THEN you pull on that handle in the back, and it should fold up.  Those same pegs need to latch to lock the stroller in its folded position.  And you need to play with the way the wheels are swiveled when you do so, or the unit won't free stand very well.  It is not a very user-friendly folding mechanism!

I fought with mine at the consignment store and no one else could figure it out. But I loved it and was willing to keep it open to have it. I tried instruction at time but couldn't maneuver the three handles at same time so I stood in front of it and tipped it forward. Immediately it began folding when I pulled the handle buttons upwards then the handle on the back. It will collapse and fold up. At the bottom on either side above the wheels are latches on either side to keep the stroller together. Amazing!

Linear garage door opens and closes when close to unit about 10 '

when the door stops moving when going down, pull the emergency release handle on the door and then push the door closed by hand. Once it's closed push the emergency handle back so it engages the chain. Open the door and close it a few times to make sure it closes all the way with the motor.

Why would automatic sliding door not pop out unless you pull handle?

Sometimes the lock on the handle from the interior gets stuck half way in/ out. Check its position. Mine does this periodically and then won't close, keeps opening. Also verify child safety close switch is in correct position.

I cannot close driver side door on my 97 jeep grand cherokee, drivers side is in locked position, door will not close

Just a suggestion as I have seen this before--with door open pull up on outside handle and in door there is a curved latch that can be pulled open with a screwdriver---the hook is likely closed and with opening pressure on the outside handle you should be able to snap it open so the door will close properly---often happens if someone snaps it by accident closed (the hook latch).

Unable to close door

I have 2 different door problems with my 99 Park Ave: one door opens more than it should and often can't get it to move to close it and the other door opens but when trying to close it, the door will not latch closed. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by door wouldn't close, but with your mention of the metal parts, I'm gonna take a guess that it doesn't latch closed (kind of bounces back open too). For that problem I do 2 things to avoid actually fixing the problem. First, I check that the door handles are in the closed door position (my outside handle stays stuck out in the pulled position); I push them both in. If that doesn't work, I push down on the latch mechanism in the edge of the door to find that it was stuck in the open position. Once I do those 2 things, my door closes perfectly.
I hope this helped!

Driver side door is jamed shut. ouside door handle and inside door handle broke. can't open door. how do i get the door open or can you take inside driver side door panel off with door closed?

i don't know about taking the panel off with the door closed, but you should be able to remove the inside handle. there should be just one screw holding it in it should be right in the middle usually it is covered with a plastic cap. once you get the handle off manually pull the mechanism and open the door.

The driver side door will not latch shut

I am assuming that the door latch is stuck in the closed position... while the door is actually open already..
This would cause the latching mechanism to appear faulty.
Take a screwdriver and pop out the latching arm while pulling on the door handle...
Once it is unlatched... you should beable to get it to catch when you close the door...

If this is not the case , then please elaborate and we will try to get you Fixed up again.

Door will not close the clasp will not open

With the door open and the door unlocked, put a screw driver in the latch on the door. Pull it up and depress the door open handle at the same time. the door latch will return to the open position. Release the door handle button and close the door.

If that is unclear, imagine the llatch to look like a hook that grabs the round metal post mounted on the car door post. the hook is down as if it thinks it is closed so it blocks itself. By getting that 'latch hook to go back up it will allow you to close the door thus resting itself to operate normally again.

Hope that helps.

Need to know how to install exterior door handles

I'm assuming that you have the coupe not convertible since I've had same problem with my 97 Dodge Avenger and this is quite common from what I have heard. The handle is held in place by two 10mm bolts. One is easily accessable, located right beside the handle with the door open. The other is a little harder to get at. The first thing you need to do is remove the inside door cover, held in place by four screws and push in clips along the bottom that pull out easily. Two of the screws are visible and in the top corners of the door panel. One screw is located behind the inside handle and once removed the moulding comes off quite easily. The other screw is in the hand hold where you pull the door closed and has a small plastic cover over it. If you have power windows you are able to disconnect the switches once the panel is off. If manual windows, the handles are usually held on by a clip that can be pushed off with a screw driver allowing you to pull of the crank handle. The window needs to be in the closed position so you can access the ONE 10mm bolt holding the outer door handle. Once the interior door panel is off, if any clips remain in the door, take them out and put them where they should be in the door cover it won't go back together properly if you don't. Now you'll need to pull down the corner of the plastic covering the door, don't remove all the plastic just enough to allow access to the bolt. I used a small rachet to get it out. It is in a stupid spot with not much room but is doable. Once out, the handle is only being held by the lock rods to the handle and lock cylinder. The lock cylinder is held by a retaining clip which can be slid off allowing the cylinder to be pushed out. The other rod connected to the handle has a plastic clip on it holding it in place. This can be opened with a small screwdriver. Once opened the rod will come out easily and the handle should come off the door. The only problem reinstalling, that I had, was reconnecting the rod to the handle and found that if you unscrew the door latch, the whole mechanism can be moved down, giving you more freedom to work with the rod. You might want to do this before fighting with the clip holding the rod in place, just a thought as I got mine apart in 20 min. Installing the new handle is quite easy, just attach rod to the handle FIRST before anything else. Once the handle is back on the door the lock cylinder can be pushed back in, it just gets in the way if you put it in the handle right away. Hope this is of some help.
