Question about Samsung Jet S8000 Cell Phone
Some files are corrupted on the software or firmware. Send your phone to the manufacturer and have them reload the necessary software to your phone and it should work correctly again.
Do not attempt to reprogram the phone by yourself, that might cause a bigger damage. Sending the phone to the manufacturer is the best step to do, because they know the version of software / firmware that will work best with your phone.
Thank you and good luck!
