I install new inkjet cartridge for my Lexmark Z600 printer, but the printer still showing no ink

Please follow the steps below to identify and fix cartridge issues:

  1. Make sure the printer is on.
  2. Open the printer cover. The print cartridge carrier moves and stops at the loading position, unless the All-In-One is busy. Note: If the carrier does not automatically move to the center, turn off the printer or unplug the printer from the power source and then carefully slide the carrier to the center.
  3. Remove both cartridges from the carrier.
  4. Close the printer cover.
  5. Re-brick your printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where the power cord is plugged in to, and re-plug after 30 seconds.
  6. When the printer turns on, reinsert one cartridge first. Close the printer cover and check for any errors.
  7. If no error appears, reinsert the other cartridge. Close the printer cover.
If problem continues and you're using brand new genuine Lexmark cartridges, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for further assistance.

I am trying to print and nothing comes out on paper. cartridge black half full and color full and it will not print anything from an open document to a new document with some typing on it. lexmark z600...

Try to clean the print cartridge nozzles. On your computer, go to Start menu > All Programs / Programs > Lexmark Z600 Series > select Lexmark Solution Center. From the Maintenance tab, select Clean to fix horizontal streaks. Your printer will then print a clean test page forcing ink through the cartridge nozzles and clean them. Try to print your document again and to check if print quality is achieved.

Refilling lexmark cartridges x2500

There are a couple ways to trick it into accepting the cartridge. You can put a different one in, take it out and then put the filled one in. Or you can find a refill kit with instructions on what contacts to cover with tape and you have to do it 2 or 3 times to get the printer to reset. Sometimes you can shut off the computer and printer for 20 min and start it up again. Or you can get the sledge hammer and smash the stupid printer before it sucks up your life savings and vow never to buy from a company that profits from causing problems that they tell you can only be solved by using more of their overpriced solutions.

Cartridge problem

in most of the cases the refill will work for a few times then will not work one reason is because the ink gets dry inside the cartridge and second the contacts does not work when you uses that several times and the third the ink is not compatible with the printer no matter if that say for that kind of printer so if you wants to get that right get the new cartridge and end of the problem
