Question about Dell F3534 Touchpad
You will have to reinstall the drivers and the sofware in your Dell. I think since the touch pad is not working if you use the cursor keys and proceed to the control panel and try to restore the laptop, then if this will reset to an earlier date, then it will solve the issue.
try this out and check to reinstall drivers. hope this helps. Good day

If you have reinstalled the operating system on your laptop, you may need to install the touchpad drivers from the dell website, specific to your laptop model and operating system. However, if the system had been working without any modification and the touchpad wroked earlier, you may need to try system restore (restore your system to an earlier date, when you think your system was working fine). Path for system restore - Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore.
