Re: I can't sync my board to my remote
You have to insert a wii fit game and bypass all the stuff until the game is ready to play.Open the battery compartment on the Wii board and open the large door on the front of the Wii console.Press the sync button on the board, then press the sync button at the top of the console compartment. The fit board light should stay steady blue.If it doesn't,try it again. When the fit board stays steady blue,it is synched.

If your are trying to synchronize with the wii remote you should follow steps below:
first, open the hidden door in the front, you wii console(game) find a red button Open the battery cover of your will remote there you find a red button that looks thesame as the wii button. Make sure you have batteries on the wii remote
" wii sync red button --- http://www.zolved.com/UserFiles/Image/wii/syncbutton-console.jpg wii remote red button------ http://www.zolved.com/UserFiles/Image/wii/syncbutton-remote.jpg together ----------------- http://wiiportal.nintendo-europe.com/fileadmin/media/customer_services/setup_connect/wiiRemoteSynchStandard.gif "
Turn on you will, press and hold the red button on the wii console for five seconds While holding it, press the will remote red button too. for 5 seconds
Press A button on the wii remote and if the wii remote light stays on, then your done.
if that didn't work , do it again but this time, press the two red buttons at thesame time and hold it for ten seconds then Press the A button on the wii remote
Hold down the red "sync" button on the wii console for at least 15 seconds. This clears all connected pairings. Resync your remote(s). then resync the board. The bluetooth radio inside the board is rather anemic. Try syncing it while in close proximity to the console.
Here you have different procedures on what to do if you get that error message. Please get back to me if nothing works.
The exact procedure is:
• Even if the battery level is strong, try the following:
Remove the batteries in the Wii Fit Board for at least 1 minute…… better 15
Try these steps!
Turn the Wii console power OFF by pressing the POWER Button on the
front of the console. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet for a
few seconds. After a few seconds have elapsed, plug the cord back into
the wall outlet.
2 Turn the power of the Wii console ON. When
you see the Health and Safety screen, open the small flap on the front
of the Wii console to find a red button labeled "SYNC." Press and hold
the SYNC Button down for 15 seconds. This will clear all the syncs on
the Wii, allowing you to get a clean start to begin the process
3 After holding the SYNC Button on the Wii console down for at least 15 seconds, you can now "re-sync" your Wii Remotes:
With the first Wii Remote you wish to sync, remove the battery cover on
the back of the Wii Remote to find a small red button just below the
b Press and release the small red button just below
the batteries on the Wii Remote; the blue lights on the front of the
Wii Remote will blink.
c Quickly press and release the red SYNC button on the inside of the white flap on the front of the Wii console (picture).
When the Player LED blinking stops and stays lit, the syncing is
complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number (1
4 Start the game from the Wii Menu, then sync the Wii Balance Board from the opening screen of the game.
Make sure you are trying to sync it when the Wii Fit game asks you to. It will say "place you wii fit board on the floor and turn it on" or something like that. and then when it asks you, turn it on, and it should sync.
otherwise, try it on another wii if you can... if it works on another wii then its your wii.. if it doesnt work on another wii then it is you Wii Fit Board.
Start from scratch, turn the system off then turn it back on. Start the wiifit game, when it asks for you to connect it, open the door on the frony of your wii and push the little red buttom, then push the little red button on your wiifit board by takinng the battery cover off and push the little red button and it should sync.
Make sure that the batteries in your Wiimotes are fresh. To know, when you start up the remote for the first time, the number of blue led lights blinking indicate battery life. With only one light blinking (or none), it's time to replace your batteries.
I found this on a related post, but it should help:
Hi, After posting my message here I started to fiddle around with the wii fit again and went slowly step by step through the synchronisation steps. Voila it works! what I had done wrong was that I did not press the red synchronisation button for the wii console when the blue lights (after pressing the sync button) on the wii fir board started to flash. you must do this when they are flashing. Hopefully you are as lucky as me and it will work for you too.
