Question about Kitchen Ranges
Posted by Anonymous on
Failure of the touch pad unfortunately is a very common issue with the microwave ovens. there is not much that could be done except to change the pad. As a last resor tyou can open and look for the connection of the pad to the main board to be bad. clean the board especially if there is any signs of insects/ cockroaches within. clean and check. What you can also try is to slowly open the pad and make up the tracks with a carbon pen which could be bought from an electronic shop. This must be used in the suspected buttons which fails to respond. Hope this will help. Good day
