There is a problem in developing assembly.
Check the toner leakage from the toner buffer block within the developing assembly. Replacing the patch image reading sensor should do the trick.

add toner to the cyan. then its a sensor under the hopper unit . its covered in toner needs cleaning

first remove all paper trays and inspect for paper behind the tray area and inside the machine
second verify if the paper trays are set to the correct paper sizes this is easy just look at the screen under paper trays and all trays should tell you what they are set to

the drum units isn't on the "rotary drum". To change them you need to pull out the drum holder out, which is behind the toner hoppers and beneath the transfer belt.. Its difficult to explain by the words, for installation manual send me the mail on [email protected].

If you are referring to the stack bypass and pulling paper for faxes from that tray... you can't do that.

Try deleting and reloading print driver.
