If your PUK has been blocked simply because you put in a wrong PUK number, then the best and only solution is to go to your network service provider to unlock or unblock your sim card. simply go to their office or call their customer care for assistance, and I believe that if you are able to answer some questions in which they will ask you for security reason, then they will unlock or unblock your SIM back.
