CPDP.msi is the installer in E.M.C 10 suite for CPDecoderPack_43. I think it is the same here too.

If you have the CD it should be in the CPDECODERPACK_43 folder.

If you have the downloaded installation file, extract its contents (using winzip or similar) to a convenient folder. Then when it asks for the file point it to where you extracted the files.

I hope it will work. Best wishes.

Thanks for your help. I had Roxio 8 and upgraded by buying and downloading the Roxio 10 Pro. I don't know where the zip files or installation files are located. I have tried using Find and All Programs, but with no luck.

Here's a simple trick that you can use, if you had installed that software recently and if you do not have the habit of changing the download location. Get into the same internet browser from where you have downloaded Roxio 10. Try to download anything SIMILAR and when you are about to download it, you will be asked (mostly) about the preferred download location. A window may open up and it should already be suggesting a page. Note down the address of the page, minimize the browser window and go to that particular folder from my computer or my documents or from where ever concerned. You will find the downloaded Roxio version (may be saved in company's name) in that particular folder.

If the download location is not asked prior to downloading, you may download any samples of it and when the download is completed, give the option "OPEN IN FOLDER". Now you will be presented a folder, note down the address and do as suggested before.

    Thank You. Best Wishes.

I'm using Corel Video Studio 2010. Can not figure out how a .wmv file that is 114 MB will not only not fit on a DVD, but is reported to require over 8 Gigabytes of space?

When burning a DVD it is not the size of the movie that takes up the space on a DVD it is the length of the video.

When you burn a DVD movie it re-renders the video into MPEG2 720x480, at the highest quality you can fit an hour on a DVD, you can lower the quality to fit longer videos on one DVD

This is illegal. Please buy this product.

I gave this answer for your best. Because with an illegal key you will not be able to download updates & get support.

But its better than spending 3K!

I am attempting to burn a DVD using DVD Studio Pro 4, the movie which I am trying to burn is an exported file from Final Cut Pro. For some reason when I try to import it to DVDSP the file itself is grayed...

Probably DVDSP can't read the format you exported from FinalCut. Either try to export another format from FinalCut or use a converter like Compressor (You might have when you use FinalCut) to convert the exported file.
I can personally recommend HandBrake which is a graphical frontend to FFMPEG to convert/transcode video formats.

There's something wrong either with the disk, either with the program burn settings. If you already erased all your files from hard disk use the shareware program CDRoller. It always helps me to backup data from seriously corrupted CDs

Problems installing ms office pro 2007

hi Error 1706 is a Microsoft error that is sometimes generated when you install a Windows package from some form of removable data. Examples of removable data would be a CD-ROM or a DVD. Typically, the exact text of Error 1706 will include the phrase "no valid source could be found."
One of the usual causes of this problem is that the Windows Installer or MSI file is not residing in the root folder of the media that is found on the removable data. This does not mean that the MSI file is not somewhere on the media -- just that it is not in the folder that your system is checking. While, in most cases, the Media Package Path would be altered to create a clear path to the MSI file.

thank you
