Question about Thermador CIT365EM Stainless Steel Electric Cooktop

Hi ok first step is to remove the top plate so that you can get at the burners you would need to be able to use a multi meter and check each burner that you are getting power to each one if you dont have power going to the burner then it would be a wire or control problem if you do have power then you have a burner problem hope this helps plz if you are not electronicly inclined call a technician
