It will be difficult to get the body part of a tuner. You're asking about it. The Ariel socket is the part of its tuner. It will look like a small box [inside]; and should be replaced as whole unit. Contact any service technician. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

Have you checked for 12V at the bulb holders themselves? If 12V present, bulbs are bad or open ground at the light socket.

Battery charge rate drops below 3.8volts thus after a few months after replacing the battery starting can be difficult

If your charging rate is too low, then check the connections and wires to your alternator. Replace alternator if necessary.

Aerial

Thought i would reply to your lonely thread. I had to replace the aerial on my last 159 as it was broken when i first got it, i replaced it with a bee sting type off0 ebay didnt cost much was worried it might be a bit rubbish but turned out to be pretty good. As far as i can remember i managed to remove the rear end of the head lining (below the aerial) by popping off the two poppers holding the headling to the roof i then managed to disconnect the cable that connects to the aerial and undo what i remember was one nut that connects to the aerial thread inside car. The job was fiddly but only because i did not want to remove the head lining any more than i had to. but not difficult. without head lining in way it really would be a two minute job.

Hope it helps

Hi can you tell me is it dificult to remove and replace the icc unit in a BA falcon ute. Is just a case of removing the four screws holding it in then pulling the whole panel out

Unfortunately NO. It needs a specialists to remove and replace that component. If you do it yourself you might ruin other components there without your knowledge. Take it to a specialist and have him do the job for you. Spending $5-$15 won't hurt to make this thing work.

Kenwood RV7030 audio-video stereo has static without antenna

OK I am going to suggest two aerials for you. I would also NOT use the old cable as it will cause a lot of problems. It is best to replace it with the stuff they use for satellite dishes (see image).
The FM aerial will pick up signals from all sides. The TV aerial should give high quality signals and output for at least 5 sets.

Replacing front wheel bearings

It isn't a particularly hard job but there are a few techniques that you need to know.
I wouldn't recommend you do it yourself but I would recommend you do it under supervision of someone who knows their stuff.
Retensioning the bearings correctly is extremely important.

Electric car aerial

Open the bonnet (hood) and prop open with a golf umbrella, remove three bolts holding the wing onto the engine compartment and one bolt in the middle of the door frame (with the door open), you can then pull the wing off enough to be able to remove / change the aerial.
The fixing at the bottom of the aerial unit to a bracket on the wing can be difficult to undo; I just broke it off and fitted the new aerial without the bottom bracket fixing.
