Do what your computer says, reinstall it. If that wont work, uninstall it completely, clean the leftovers from your PC with a program like CCleaner which is very intuitive to use and free to download (www.piriform.com/ccleaner) and then install it again. That should do.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Tap Ranch now crashes during loading. If I uninstall and reinstall can I get my progress back from their server? What if I back up on iTunes first?

All you information should be saved and if you reinstall you should be able to just keep going from where you left off, but it never hurts to back up. I would backup to iTunes, uninstall then reinstall. Hopefully that should take care of any issues.
Good Luck.

How do i put music from my computer to the i pod

Its a little program called iTunes. It is available, for free, here;http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
you will also need the cable that came with your ipod.
once itunes is installed you can load your Cd's into it then xfer to ipod or purchase music from itunes directly. If you already have music files on your computer you will need to tell itunes where that folder is and it will convert them and load into itunes.

Hope this helps. please rate.
