From what you wrote I can only hint that a fuse within a machine must have played its part for some reason so you better not mess with it. Call a repairman.

There's also a possibility that some wire inside of machine has fallen off but from your question I can't tell much.

Hi,our Idesit IWB5113 has stopped heating the water, element,or something more tech?

replacing the heating element should take care of the problem. Make sure you unplug the unit before installing the new one. Also you may want to take a photo of the wiring so you will know where they hook to.

The number of times that the lights flash is the trouble code. Your machine is in need of repair.

Hi I have no power to my WIXL123 washing machine. I replaced 13A fuse - still no good. checked the power socket - works fine. what part could be faulty?

ds nanra, you need to look first at where the power cord enters the washing machine. It then connects to the terminal block on the inside. There is where you need to check for loose/burnt connections. If you have the means (a voltohm meter or continuity tester) you could check the power cord itself for continuity, which would mean that the cord is fine if it has continuity. This is the first place you need to check. Other than a visual check for obvious defects on the power cords connections inside the washer, you would have to test it with a meter for definitive results.
If you have any other questions, dont hesitate. I would be happy to help you out further.

My washing machine will not drain is only 7 myths old ,i cannot seem to remove the filter either ..its an idesit w1b111 model .any help as i know its usually the filter that is blocked but as i cannot...

You will need to remoe the drain hose and get teh link out, the drain pump/valve must be clogged or filled with dirt. use a goo d jet of water to remove clogging, try to power and see if this works . or else replace the unit.

Try to replace the door seal on my zanussi fjr 1454w washing mach

its a pain, I am not sure of the zanussi systems, on a Hoover/candy and hotpoint/idesit, these are a clamp band with spring and bolt, you have to secure both sides of the nut and bolt, and unthread the bolt the clamp will open up and can be removed, and do the opposite putting it back on, I find access from the top of the machine is easier to work with on the inner clamp, but remember to turn of the power as some of the components around where you will have access from will be live, always unplug from the wall, shocks are not very nice or good for the heart.
