Last month i had same problem and i contacted customer care and i got this solution. And this works.

Step 1:

Perform a partial reset.

A partial reset returns the user settings to the factory defaults. The language and country/region settings may also be deleted.

Please perform the partial reset using the following steps:

a. Unplug the power cord from the all-in-one.

b. Press and hold the "#" and 3 button on the front panel keypad.

c. While still holding the buttons down, plug the power cord back in. Release the buttons after the all-in-one begins to initialize.

If the issue persists, follow Step 2.

Step 2:

Perform a semi-full reset.

a. Unplug the power cord from the all-in-one.

b. Press and hold the "#" and 6 button on the front panel keypad.

c. While still holding the buttons down, plug the power cord back in. Release the buttons after the all-in-one begins to initialize.

Error Code 83C00029 with Clock display

Try to reset the printer by unplugging the power cord without turning off the product and wait for 30 seconds. After that try to press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. Then press and hold the pound "#" key and the number 6 key on the number pad for faxing at the same time while plugging in the power cord. Release both buttons when you are prompted on the display like "Semi-full NVRAM reset". It would reset the printer to its factory settings
