Dear
Some times the front usb port arnot work. try to connect the /replace the usb cable to the usb port mounted on motherboard(back side panel of pc), It also may happen the usb port may disabled due to virus. Also you can unistall the driver during power OFF of the printer after uninstall successful power ON the printer, it will show NEW HARDWARE FOUND at the right right bottom of the pc screen ,If you OS is win 7 and connected to internet the driver automatically installed, otherwise you can load the driver cd and install the driver.
Also it can be checked at control panel-add hardware.
Check if the cable is connected properly. If it is connected properly then check if the cable is working by connecting the device on a diffrent pc ? As soon as you connect you device to the new pc the system will inform that a new hardware is found, that means that the cable and you device are working fine so there is a problem with the computer. Either it is blocked by the firewall or the drivers are corrupted, if it is corrupted then reinstall the sync and things should work smoothly. Make sure you create a backup and restore points before you reinstall the sync
this problem is due to usb driver not properly installed. do one thing plug that device in another pc and watch whether it is recognised or not. if it recognised then u will have to install usb driver from ur motherboard cd and if not that then u need driver for that device to work properly in ur pc and u get that driver in the device manufacturer cd or website. for this search go to www.google.com.
you have to perform all the windows updates, then you have to install "Windows media player 10" (I have installed "Windows media player 11" because on my pc the wmp10 didn't work...). it seems that YP-Q1 work with some driver hidden in wmp10 or 11...I didn't found them nowhere...
connect the mp3 with the cable usb and test to automatically install the drive... it should work... I did it after a few hours...
Try this: disconnect the player from the
computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to
the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume +
button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into
recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found
New Hardware Wizard.
When the YP-K3 2 gb device is plugged into the USB Port, the system
says "Found New Hardware, Samsung YP-K3" which then switches to "MTP
Device" and then fails on an MTP error. It seems to be searching for a
driver, and cannot find one. H E L P!!!!!
Have you downloaded, windows media player 10 or 11, because if you have a different version of windows media it won't work. I had the same problem, but it was fixed in seconds!!
