Connect your player to the PC. open the 'My computer' window and open the player to display all the files present inside the player. Now you will have to decide which files have to be delected. check one by one, right click and selcct delete to confirm deletion.
Repeat and rearrange all your files. Now enjoy your favourite songs. Good day

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

**** smith A5146 MP3 player - how do i create playlists?

Only 1 playlist is allowed. This is called "favourite".

When playing a song....hold/press the = button.

A popup will appear.

Choose favourite.....and it will be added to your favourites playlist.

I haven't found any other way to create a plylist on this device.
